We are seeking a Physiotherapist to be part of a progressive company dedicated to changing lives. Permanent full‑time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver tailored physiotherapy treatment plans for participants in their own home through Support at home packages/NDIS.
• Work holistically with other allied health professionals to provide a multidisciplinary care plan.
• Educate participants and their families to optimise their ability to live healthy lives within the community.
• Liaise with service providers to ensure effective communication.
• Work autonomously to prioritise and complete tasks, maintain records and provide patient reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (or equivalent).
• Registration with AHPRA.
• Police Check Clearance.
