Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for meal planning and preparation
• Keep the home in an optimum state of cleanliness and safety
• Help the client with mobility needs
• Respond immediately to any medical emergencies by notifying emergency response providers and render First Aid until ER personnel arrive
• Report service hours using Electronic Visit Verification
• Other duties as assigned
