About the Role:
Refining Skills Academy is seeking a dynamic, academically strong, and inspiring HOD for Science to lead our middle and high school science curriculum. The ideal candidate will bring together academic excellence , pedagogical innovation , and team mentorship , ensuring that every child develops scientific curiosity and mastery.
Key Responsibilities:
Academic Leadership:
- Oversee and refine the science curriculum for Grades 410 (CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE)
- Ensure alignment of lesson plans with learning outcomes, board requirements, and future-ready skills
- Review lesson delivery quality across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology
Team Management:
- Mentor and manage the science educator team (36 teachers)
