The Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical integrity and operational excellence of a premier high-rise condominium association. As the primary steward of the building’s infrastructure, you are more than a technician - you are a proactive leader, a strategic problem-solver, and the professional face of the Association.

This is a hands-on and collaborative role. The Maintenance Manager will work alongside and collaborate with maintenance teams at neighboring buildings and the Master HOA to ensure proper functioning of the central plant.
