As part of Airbus Helicopters’ new logistics organization, the head of operations Spain is accountable of the End-to-End Logistics Operations of Airbus Helicopters in Spain with the objective to continuously drive operational excellence, to meet internal & external customer needs and to achieve benchmark competitiveness of Airbus Helicopters Global Logistics set up.
He drives End-to-End performance in performance monitoring and improvement & customer’s Satisfaction.
He develops the competence of the team towards logistics encompassing the implementation of proven and innovative logistics solutions.
