About the Role

Delivering engaging learning activities across EYFS, KS1 or KS2

Providing high‑quality classroom support and occasional whole‑class cover

Working closely with teachers to raise attainment and support pupil progress

Supporting behaviour, inclusion, and positive learning environments

Contributing to planning, assessment, and intervention work

What We’re Looking For

HLTA qualification or equivalent

Recent experience (within the last 2 years) working in primary schools

Strong behaviour‑management skills and a nurturing approach
