HL7 Integration Engineer

**Essential Job Duties** Apply knowledge of Merge solutions, site workflows, and business requirements to optimize solution effectiveness.Define, document, and validate solution requirements.Perform additional duties as assigned by management.**Required Knowledge & Experience** 6 + years of Healthcare IT experience. 3 + years of experience configuring HL7 interface engines, including HL7, XML, and related integrations. 3 + years of experience configuring and supporting in-house applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills. Project management experience, with the ability to manage a dynamic workload and align expectations with stakeholders.
