Hiring For Regional Credit Manager with a Growing Bank

Roles and Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective monitoring of the team to ensure
- Login of Files are done as per checklist
- CB check and internal dedupe check is done as per process
- Personal discussion with prospective customer at his/her residence/business
premises is done as per process
- Credit appraisal memo for prospective customers are prepared
Check and Recommend appropriate loan amount and present the loan proposal
to the credit committee
Checking of documents prior to loan disbursement
Conduct loan utilization checks and monitoring visits
Responsible for maintaining quality of the loan portfolio.
Follow-up with delinquent clients
Depute Credit Managers as per work load
Ensure and monitor productivity of Credit Managers
Any other work assigned from time to time.
