Pay Band 7 pro rata salary £24,116 – £27,352 (full time equivalent £32,061 – £36,363)

Role Overview

We wish to appoint an experienced and highly motivated HLTA to help and support our pupils. It is intended that the post holder will be required to support interventions, teacher’s management time, PPA and absence as well as undertake classroom support work on occasions. This is a challenging role and it is expected that the post holder will be:

• an existing HLTA or hold equivalent or higher qualifications
• able to lead and support other teaching assistants
