  Overview 
 Hire Resolve is partnering with a well-known construction company based in Cape Town, which is looking for a High-End Residential Site Manager to join their team!
   Key requirements: 
 Minimum 10 years of experience
 Relevant tertiary qualification/certification
 Proficient with MS Office and MS Projects
  Key responsibilities: 
 Setting out, concrete and formwork experience
 High-end finishing
 Quality control
 Cost control, claims
 JBCC – Delay claims etc
 Ability to manage the project team
 Ability to manage the quantity surveyor
