Job Description

HGV Driver Trainer – Join Our Team
Location: Market Drayton (Depot), Western Way, Market Drayton, Shropshire,TF9 3UY

Salary: 17.30ph - £28.42ph plus £40 weekly allowance

Shift Pattern – 5 days out of 7 (8am to 6pm) 47.5 hours per week.
Are you passionate about developing drivers, improving road safety, and making a real impact every day? We’re looking for a dedicated HGV Driver Trainer to support and develop our LGV drivers across the business.
What we’re looking for:
Strong communicator with hands‑on driver training experience

Confident delivering both practical and classroom‑based training

Excellent knowledge of EU and RTWTD regulations

Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems

Minimum 3 years’ experience as an LGV C+E driver
Essential:
LGV C+E licence
