Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and professional *HGV Class 2 Driver* to join our logistics team in Stoke-on-Trent. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with driving regulations.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Perform daily vehicle inspections using an iPad, with sign-off from the Transport Manager.
* Ensure the vehicle is securely loaded and within weight limits.
* Adhere to all company policies, including the Standards of Performance and Health and Safety Policy.
* Collect payments from customers as instructed via the iPad.
* Report any vehicle defects to the Transport Manager immediately.
* Refuel vehicles daily according to company policy.
* Report accidents promptly in accordance with the company's procedures.
Comply with all UK vehicle laws.
