HEOR Operations Lead for Non-Interventional Studies

Novartis Mexico City is seeking 3 HEOR Operational Study Managers to lead end-to-end operational execution for US MA HEOR non-interventional studies, including RCs and Phase IV projects. You will coordinate study design, onboarding of vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure compliant, high-quality outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in science or health, strong GCP knowledge, English fluency, and experience with CTMS/DMS systems; hybrid work model with US business hours.
