Job Description

Location:  Oxnard, CA
Setting:  Outpatient Chemotherapy & Infusion Center
Coverage Dates:  December 1 21 (additional 2026 gaps likely) 
Position Overview This role is with a solo-provider outpatient Oncology/Hematology clinic  and Chemotherapy/Infusion Center . A dedicated midlevel provider supports patient flow, orders, and overall clinic operations. 
There are no hospital consults . Remote call is required, and the provider may collaborate with ER physicians or hospitalists for admissions. The local hospital does not  have inpatient oncology services. 
Schedule Monday Thursday:  7:30 AM 5:30 PM + night call 
Friday Sunday:  24-hour remote call coverage
