The Role Will Significantly Contribute Through
- Provide first and mid-level IT support
- Troubleshooting IT software & hardware issues
- Coordinating the IT Helpdesk Log
- Resolve support tickets
- Assist in maintaining the IT Asset Register
- IT setup for new staff members
- Other duties as required
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Set up laptops and other devices remotely
- Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new computer equipment
- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
- Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
