Job Description

Beca ICT team in Auckland seeks an ICT Helpdesk Analyst to deliver effective IT support to a diverse user base. You will assist with 1st and 2nd line requests, resolving issues with ownership and speed, while learning and growing within a collaborative environment.

You’ll contribute across Office 365, Windows, Entra ID, Active Directory, Configuration Manager, Intune and security, delivering high-quality services to internal and external clients and building strong stakeholder relationships.
