Help with a small move and furniture rearrangement

I’m planning a small move within the city and need a helper to assist with lifting, loading, and transporting a few boxes and a couple of large items. The job involves moving from a ground-floor flat to a second-floor apartment with stairs. I’d prefer someone with a strong grip and experience with packing materials, dollies, and securing items for transit. The move should take place on a weekday afternoon, and I’d like a two-person team if possible to speed things up. I’ll provide blankets, straps, and a moving cart, but please bring strong footwear and good communication to coordinate the steps. Estimated 2–3 hours, depending on traffic and elevator access.
