Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to join a Contract assignment supporting a steel manufacturing organization in De Pere, Wisconsin. This position focuses on delivering hands-on and remote support for endpoint rollouts, device setup, user data transfers, and day-to-day technical assistance during a broad workplace technology upgrade. The ideal candidate brings strong Windows support experience, a customer-first approach, and the ability to help employees adapt smoothly to new tools and processes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead workstation replacement and deployment activities, ensuring employees receive properly prepared devices with minimal interruption to their work.
