Robert Half is actively partnering with an Austin-based client to identify a Help Desk Tier I Specialist (contract). In this role, you will provide technical support and ensure a positive user experience across a growing technology environment. This individual will troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues, document resolutions, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently. This role is in onsite in Bee Cave, Tx.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems.

+ Troubleshoot hardware, software, account access, and application-related issues.

+ Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership of user communication.
