In this role, you will provide first-level technical support to end users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and help ensure employees have the tools and technology needed to work efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide technical support to users via phone, email, chat, and in person
+ Troubleshoot issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment
