The Chief Accountant Nordic will be responsible for accounting in the Nordic countries, working closely with Finance Controller, Group Finance and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The position will report to the Finance Director Europe.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Overall responsible for accounting for Helly Hansen in Norway including Export, Sweden, Denmark and Finland
Hands-on work with complex accounting areas and monthly closings
Responsible for relevant Key controls and reconciliations
Partnering with Controller on cost variances
Reporting of VAT, Intrastat, SSB
Partnering with external payroll provider
Work with external audit, and internal audit
