Job Summary

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Os, Norway.

Responsibilities

• Operate various heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to complete construction projects.
• Safely and efficiently operate equipment while performing routine maintenance and repairs.
• Follow all safety protocols.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong understanding of construction practices and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred).
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination, physical stamina, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
