Troubleshoot, maintenance and repair tasks on product line ranging from construction tools, small engine equipment such as compaction equipment, pumps to compact construction equipment in a field environmentUtilize Caterpillar SIS and ET dailyComplete technical documentation (service reports, warranty, crossover notes)Interact with customers, sales support, and the rest of the Finning teamWork with the Service Supervisor and Leadhand on various tasks as requiredSpecific Skills & Experience
