Heavy Civil / Excavation Foreman

JL Construction Corp is hiring an experienced Heavy Civil / Excavation Foreman to lead crews on excavation, utility, grading, and site development projects throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut. We are looking for a hands‐on leader who understands heavy civil construction, can manage crews efficiently, prioritize safety, communicate clearly, and keep projects moving on schedule. JL Construction is a growing heavy civil excavation contractor based in Springfield, MA specializing in excavation, underground utilities, sitework, roadway, infrastructure, streetscape, park development, and commercial snow operations.
