Healthcare System & Policy Manager (Santiago)

Position Purpose

Leads the implementation of a sustainable Patient Access strategy at a local (CPO) level. Collects and analyzes data to generate insights for Patient Access submissions that jointly create value for customers, patients, and Novartis.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute market access strategies, positioning and differentiating the multidimensional value (clinical, economic, societal, patient‑centric, health‑system, ethical).
• Efficiently shape the environment to reach access for all eligible patients to the NVS portfolio within the health system.
• Utilize Health Economics studies to promote value‑based and evidence‑based pricing.
• Negotiate, build, operate and implement sustainable and innovative access models, including shared contribution models, EAP, and risk‑management programs.
