Healthcare Real-Time Voice AI Engineer (Hybrid)

Third Way Health, Inc. is seeking a full-time Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and scale medical front-office workflows across environments, including scheduling, eligibility, and inquiry handling.

You will build real-time voice AI components, integrate NLP, STT, and TTS, and ensure HIPAA-compliant delivery of microservices on our cloud platforms and partner systems. A strong focus on reliability, security, and collaboration is essential.
