Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Health Information, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management, large-scale initiative delivery, or portfolio oversight in digital health or healthcare environments
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream programs, managing interdependencies, risks, and cross-team workflows
