Salary: Php 80,000 to Php 92,000
This role is for a healthcare company in the BPO industry handling US Healthcare accounts.
Qualifications
Must have more than 2 years of experience as a Healthcare Operations Manager in a BPO setup
Strong background in UMR, Prior Authorization, and Billing
Experience handling US Healthcare accounts
Proven leadership and people management skills
Amenable to 100 percent onsite work in Ortigas
Willing to work on a night shift schedule
