We are seeking a Healthcare Director for a leading Healthcare BPO organization. This opportunity is also open to high-performing Senior Operations Managers who are ready to take the next step into a Director-level role.



Qualifications:

• Must have solid Healthcare BPO experience

• Extensive experience managing Healthcare accounts (Hospital Billing, Revenue Cycle Management, Claims, Prior Authorization, Utilization Management, Provider and Payer Services)

• Current Director or Senior Operations Manager with a proven track record of leading large healthcare operations

• At least 10+ years of operations leadership experience preferred
