**Description**
As a Healthcare Delivery Associate you will contribute to a wide variety of complex analyses and projects involving the design and evaluation of employer health and group benefit programs, with a focus on healthcare delivery strategies aimed to improve the value and quality within health plans. You will interface with vendors and client teams, help prepare client deliverables, and contribute to innovative intellectual capital development. You will have the opportunity to significantly grow your knowledge of the healthcare delivery landscape and employer benefits, as well as your financial, project management, and communication skills. You will be working closely with industry leaders as part of a core team of healthcare delivery consultants.
**The Role**
+ Conducts analyses using WTW-developed tools and models to evaluate medical cost drivers and provider quality, as well as social and environmental risk factors within a client’s population
