Healthcare Contracts Counsel

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a focused in-house legal professional to manage day-to-day legal operations for the Group. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, tenancy and employment agreements, and support corporate secretarial tasks as part of a lean, collaborative team.

You will work under guidance on M&A matters and provide practical legal advice to internal business units, with a strong emphasis on compliance and risk assessment across domestic and overseas operations.
