We are looking for a compassionate and confident Healthcare Assistant to support a 15-year-old boy in his family home. He is a happy and affectionate young boy who loves water, music, sensory lights, and spending time outdoors when the weather allows.

He also enjoys watching his favourite TV shows and cherishes time with his brother, who he is very close to.

In this role, you will provide overnight support, including personal care, medication administration, and any clinical needs as required.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring his safety, comfort, and overall well-being, helping him have a settled and positive night.
