Healthcare AI Product Lead — RCM & SaaS

PRG Pakistan in Lahore is seeking a Product Lead to own vision, roadmap, and delivery across PRG's product portfolio. You will line-manage the product team (BAs, POs, UI/UX & QA) and work with Director R&D and engineering leadership on scope and sequencing.

The role requires domain expertise in healthcare and medical billing/RCM, strong product craft, and fluency with AI tooling for prototyping, discovery, and design. This on-site position offers collaboration across the R&D function.
