Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Specialist Public Health Practitioner (Health Visitor) to join our Integrated Healthy Families Team within the Rushcliffe North Locality.

Rushcliffe North Healthy Family Team, provide a quality service delivering the Healthy Child Programme to the local population. We are an integrated service, working with children and young people aged 0 - 19 and their families . Care will be delivered in line with the National and Local guidelines and public health priorities.

Main duties of the job
You will work as part of a team to deliver universal and targeted health services to the 0-19 year population and will be responsible for the day to day leadership of a defined caseload, managing and supporting a skill mix team.
