Health System Specialist

Summary This position is located at the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System (NAVAHCS) in Prescott, AZ. They report directly to an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Member and is a member of the management team, responsible for areas including development of HCS's organizational strategy, analysis of demography, epidemiology of market area, focused studies on strategic issues, development of new organizational initiatives, coordination of long-range capital, facility planning, and space optimization. Responsibilities Duties include, but may not be limited to the following: Works closely with members of national and VISN strategic planning program offices, VA HCS Engineering Service, the Chiefs and staff of various VA HCS clinical and administrative specialties, and other staff members. Works without any other sight but in the context of a multi disciplinary planning team.
