Health, Safety & Wellbeing Advisor / Senior Advisor

Are you ready to drive a safer, healthier workplace across NewZealand’s Intelligence Community?

Depending on your experience you can join us as an Advisor (early/mid‑career) or step straight into the Senior Advisor role (experienced). You’ll be at the centre of our health, safety & wellbeing (HSW) programme, partnering with frontline teams, site managers and HSW Representatives to embed a strong safety culture.

What you’ll do

Serve as the primary business partner for frontline groups, championing safe work practices. Support and, where appropriate, lead projects that improve safety performance and critical‑risk management. Build relationships that promote a culture of safety, inclusion and employee engagement. Contribute ideas and expertise that shape how we work across the Agency.

Advisor (entry to early career)

We’re looking for a genuine interest in HSW and a desire to grow.
