Health & Safety Supervisor — Part-time (20–25h), Coaching

Lakeland Steel Limited in Rotorua is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Supervisor to promote a strong health and safety culture across the business and Morbark. The role focuses on coaching teams, implementing procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have prior H&S experience, good communication and planning skills, and be able to engage with staff through training and inductions. A driver’s licence and Work Visa may be required.
