Health & Safety Specialist

Full TimeThe Health & Safety Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of occupational health and safety (HSE) programs across the organization. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, promotes a strong safety culture, and assists in risk mitigation initiatives to maintain a safe working environment.

Implements and monitors health and safety programs to ensure compliance with DOLE/BWC and company standards.

Conduct routine safety inspections and assist in risk assessments across sites.

Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings

Investigate incidents and prepare reports/CAPA

Monitor PPE compliance and first-aid readiness

Maintain OSH documentation, permits, and statutory reports

Coordinate emergency drills and training

Partner with internal stakeholders to promote safety awareness and best practices
