Hiring: HSE Manager – Utility-Scale Solar PV Construction

We’re looking for an experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Manager to lead site HSE on a major 350 MW solar PV project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site HSE function and support statutory compliance
• Develop and maintain the HSE Management System
• Oversee permits, audits, inspections, training, and incident investigations
• Drive environmental compliance and stakeholder coordination
• Lead and mentor the site HSE team

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ construction HSE experience
• Strong knowledge of OHS Act, Construction Regulations, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001
• Experience on large-scale construction or renewable energy projects
