Description
:Reporting to the Global HSES Manager, the Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) Manager is responsible for supporting the execution of Flexsys’ strategic and tactical plan for all HSES matters for the Monongahela, PA site. The position will work closely with site management and be part of the site leadership team.
This position fosters a culture of engagement, leadership and exposure reduction through direction and oversight of programs that support Flexsys’ primary goal of a compliant and incident free workplace.
The HSES Manager plans and directs activities at the site and provides leadership, coaching and technical expertise to all site personnel and the site leadership team, including one direct report (HSES/PSM Technician).
