Health Safety Environment Advisor - etobicoke (Toronto)

We are seeking experienced Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisors to support a major turnaround project in Alberta. This role is critical to ensuring safe execution of turnaround activities, with a strong focus on high-risk work scopes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide in office HSE support during turnaround operations
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Conduct field-level risk assessments and hazard identification
• Support safe execution of high-risk activities, including:
  • Confined space entry
  • Energy isolation procedures
  • Verify proper application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) processes
• Lead and participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident investigations
