Health Safety Environment Advisor - Airswift (Fredericton)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site HSE support during turnaround operations
• Monitor and enforce compliance with safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
• Conduct field-level risk assessments and hazard identification
• Support safe execution of high-risk activities, including:
  • Confined space entry
  • Energy isolation procedures
  • Verify proper application of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) processes
• Lead and participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and incident investigations
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits
• Promote a solid safety culture and continuous improvement mindset among the workforce
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of safety activities and incidents
