Update training materials and administer programmes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE functions to optimize processes and performance. Co-ordinate the company level HSE reward scheme Co-ordinate global HSE related surveys, and consequent actions. Co-ordinate new IT tool proposals and feature developments for existing software HSE process management and modelling within the company tool. Development of data reporting dashboards, intelligent data review Deliver weekly/monthly reporting, trend analysis reports and deep data analysis on cause Perform data validation audits to ensure data integrity and address findings Co-ordinate global HSE responses to HSE/Sustainability requests from clients, auditors Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding HSE data and processes....
