Health Rewards & Experience Lead

Health Promotion Board (HPB) seeks a Programme Manager to drive rewards initiatives and oversee customer care, UX direction and budget governance within the Preventive Health Programmes & Rewards division. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver meaningful, health-promoting rewards experiences.

The role requires 5+ years in rewards/loyalty or programme management, with strong communication and analytical skills, in a multi-stakeholder, public-sector context.
