Every 2nd Sunday 8am 1.30pm (this shift attracts enhanced pay rates in line with organisational policy)

We require a Clerical Officer to provide admin/clerical support within the Health Records Department at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy.

It will be the job holders responsibility to work within Bed Bureau team, covering A&E at Victoria Hospital and occasionally at MIU, Queen Margaret Hospital.

Working in A&E and MIU, there is a need for the job holder to provide a front line service to patients arriving at each department and is vital for the provision of recording of patient attendance and admissions via Trakcare.
