Job Description

Health Proposition leads are responsible for develops and drives the health proposition strategy, leveraging customer insights, market trends, and medical expertise to create innovative health and wellness solutions that support business growth and customer needs.
The role partners with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, Distribution, and external healthcare partners to deliver integrated health ecosystem solutions, monitor proposition performance, and continuously enhance customer engagement and value.
Position Responsibilities: 
Develop and drive the Health Proposition strategy and roadmap.
Translate health insights, analytics, and medical capabilities into compelling customer propositions.
Partner with Product, Actuarial, Underwriting, and Distribution teams to design and enhance health solutions.
