We are looking for a Health Officer to support all stages of the health programme cycle at UNICEF Philippines in Cotabato. The incumbent will contribute to programme development, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting, as well as stakeholder engagement, partnership building, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and update the health situation analysis for the development, design and management of health‑related programmes. Research and report on development trends (political, social, economic, health) for higher management use to enhance programme management, efficiency and delivery of results.
• Contribute to the development and establishment of sectoral programme goals, objectives, strategies, and results‑based planning. Analyse health needs and areas for intervention and submit recommendations for priority and goal setting.
