About the Role

Taykwa Tagamou Nation is seeking a highly motivated,confident, organized professional individual to join the Health Department.Under the direction of the Director of Health, the Health Navigator/NHIB Service Worker will coordinate and deliver outreachstrategies, identify communitymembers, and work internally with fellow staff. They will also be responsiblefor ensuring assistance is provided in health navigation and support with theNIHB services, will work to improve and enhance the quality of life for allages in Taykwa Tagamou Nation.
