Health Insurance Support Advisor – Dubai (6h Shifts)

Bupa is seeking customer-focused representatives for a telephone-based servicing team in Dubai. The role covers a global customer base with a 6-hour shift (30 hours per week) between 08:00 and 17:00, including occasional weekends and public holidays.

You will handle policy inquiries, membership changes, billing, and document reissue, interacting with providers and internal departments to ensure accurate records.
