About the Role
As a Health Care Assistant in the Orthopaedic Department, you will support Registered and Enrolled Nurses with patient care and ward activities, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Your role will include assisting patients with daily tasks, maintaining equipment, completing delegated clinical and clerical duties, and helping to create a positive, safe and efficient ward environment. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team, treating all patients with dignity and respect, supporting their comfort, and contributing to effective patient flow.
